What is SoloDallas Europe?

SoloDallas Europe BV is the European division of Solodallas LLC. SD EU was established early 2020 to facilitate sales in Europe. Pedals for the EU market are also built right here in our facilities in Belgium !

Besides Solodallas Europe BV, I'm active as a independent amplifier repair technician. You can contact me for any amplifier inquiry (maintenance, building, modding, tour support, ..). 



My pedal is not working, what should I do?

We take the biggest care to make sure all pedals that leave the shop are well tested and working flawlessly. However, we can never assure 100% something slips through our QC.

First, please check if your power supply is the correct one.

The Storm and Solo X pedal require a 9-12V DC tip-negative adaptor (like a standard BOSS pedal). The TSR 'Classic' pedal requires a 9-15VDC tip-positive adapter. All the 2020-onwards made pedals are MOSFET protected against reverse polarity, which means they won't get damaged if you accidentally connect it to a wrong power source, but they will never switch on! Any voltage higher than rated (12VDC for the Solo X and Storm, 18VDC for the TSR) might damage the pedal, so pay attention.

Secondly, please make sure the guitar is plugged into the correct input. The input is always on the right-hand side (per industry standard), the output on the left-hand side. Reversing these two connections will pass signal in bypass mode, but not when the pedal is activated.

At last, make sure that all your cables are in good order - try every cable by connecting your guitar directly to the amp. Try the pedal with no other pedals in the chain (guitar – pedal – amp).
